Parent CNA
The State of Colorado allows parents and/or family members to become their child’s Certified Nursing Aide (CNA) if the child qualifies for CNA Services and is enrolled in Colorado Medicaid.
Who is eligible? Colorado Medicaid has specific standards and criteria to qualify for this program. An evaluation with Harmonie House determines a plan of care for your loved ones.
We can determine if you child qualifies when our nurses complete an evaluation in your home.
If you are already a CNA, or with another agency, you can easily transfer your services in less than 2 weeks and we handle the transition process to make it easy and smooth for you!
Pay rates
- $22 per hour- we always pay 80% of the Medicaid rate to our providers, because we value you!
- $33 per hour for overtime. If your child qualifies for more than 40 hours a week we will pay you overtime!
IHSS (In Home Support Services)
In-Home Support Services (IHSS) lets you direct and manage the attendants who provide your personal care, homemaker and health maintenance services, with the added support of an agency. Through IHSS, you are empowered to select, train and manage attendants of your choice to best fit your unique needs or you may delegate these responsibilities to an authorized representative.
